Herbal Turmeric Recipe for Menstrual Pain Relief

  1. Blender or grated turmeric until smooth.
  2. Put it in the water and add the palm sugar to it.
  3. Boil water in a saucepan until it boils.
  4. Add a pinch of salt for a friendlier taste.
  5. Remove and serve sour turmeric.

This herb can be served warm or cold according to taste. Before serving, you should first strain this herb. Hopefully this recipe is useful.
