Today I bring you another curry recipe and this one is probably the easiest of them all. Most of all, we love this easy chicken curry! It’s probably the one that my kids can never get enough of because it’s so rich and creamy. But if you ask my kids what they want for lunch, they will usually say – chicken curry with rice or chicken curry with chapati.

Absolutely. This recipe will also work with 900 grams (about 2 pounds) of beef, lamb, turkey or pork. Make sure you adjust the cooking time according to the meat you are using.
