Low Cholesterol Chicken Meat Chicory Soup Recipe

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Heat the sesame oil then sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add ginger and galangal then add water. Boil water until it boils.
  3. Put the chicken in the water, cook until the chicken is cooked.
  4. Add salt, ground pepper and chicken broth.
  5. Add the chicory to the cooking pot, stir well and cook until the mustard is wilted.
  6. Add fried onions, stir again. Taste correction.
  7. Make sure the chicken and chicory are cooked, remove then serve.
