Low Cholesterol Steamed Onion Chicken Recipe

1. Marinate the chicken with lime juice and salt. Shut up 15 minutes, then wash it clean.

2. Blend all the ingredients for the chicken ungkep seasoning.

3. Smear the chicken with ungkep seasoning. Let stand 15 minutes.

4. Steam the uncovered chicken until cooked.

5. This steamed chicken can be served with broth and soy sauce according to taste.
