In a food processor, add 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese, 4 ounces whipped topping, 1 cup frozen berries or other fruit, and 1 scoop protein powder of your choice.
Process everything together until you have cottage cheese fluff! Depending on the power of your food processor, it will begin to fluff after about 1-2 minutes.
