This chicken breast sauce is a variation of my Honey Garlic Salmon that has been popular with readers for years.

If I were to make a summary of my 5 most used Sauces, the Honey Garlic Sauce would probably be right at the top of the list. I love it because it requires a few ingredients to make it a meal, and when it’s mixed with a red protein in a blender so that it’s all juice and juice….oh WOW.
Dijon Chicken Breasts
It’s just DA BOMB!!! ( <– Who talks like this to my age ???! I do. Only in reduced circumstances. Fun on the secret sauce-weapon that falls under this section. 😎)
Although I prefer chicken thighs to chicken breasts (taster, juicier!), I find myself putting chicken breasts in my grocery cart at week after week.
So over the years, I’ve created many quick and easy chicken breast recipes – and this Honey Garlic Chicken is one of my favorite quick meals that I make over and over again. .
Notice how the sauce sticks to the top? This is because we dusted the chicken with flour when it was fried, to get a skin.
Instant Pot Chicken Breast
There is enough sauce to drizzle over the vegetables and toss with rice or whatever you serve. The flavor is strong enough that you don’t need loads – a little goes a long way!

Even though the Honey Garlic Sauce contains soy sauce, it doesn’t taste particularly Asian-y. But it goes well with Fried Rice like Macaroni Salador or even Mac and Cheese. Yes it is true! Try it once and you will understand (it only takes 12 minutes, you have time!!)

Healthy Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken Recipe
Recipe video above. It’s a quick and easy way to serve chicken breast – seared and then drizzled with the most delicious garlic sauce. Don’t be fooled by the short menu! The extra step of dusting the chicken with flour is really helpful because it provides a crust for the sauce to stick to. BONUS: See instructions for how to make any protein – beef, pork, lamb, shrimp/shrimp, tofu!
1. Gluten free – use flour / corn starch. It’s not the same brown color but once it’s covered in sauce, you won’t know the difference.
2. Soy Sauce – Pure soy sauce or all sauces are suitable for this recipe. I don’t recommend using Dark Soy Sauce (the flavor will control, the label on the bottle says if it’s Dark Soy).
3. Other proteins: This sauce is good to use for any protein suitable for dipping in a pan. Use slices, steaks, cutlets! Follow the recipe as written, including the protein powder in the flour. Just adjust the cooking time – the trick is to add the garlic and other sauces before they are fully cooked, so that they finish cooking. of the meat while the sauce reduces to a sweet sauce.
Chicken Piccata Recipe With Light Lemon Garlic Sauce
Tofu –Use tofu FIRM. Cut steaks about 0.75cm / 1/4″ thick. Pat dry, spray or rub with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then coat with flour. Fish – cooked in chicken breast recipes. This sauce goes really well with fish! This is a good sauce for cheap fish because it is a strong flavored sauce. For expensive fish, I think it’s better to let the taste of the fish come out and serve it with a nice sauce like Lemon Peel Sauce.
