Chef Ashok has an extraordinary background and experience when it comes to culinary matters and the creation of special dishes. The chef, originally from India, started his career since 1996 at an Indian restaurant in a 5-star hotel in New Delhi. He also honed his skills by exploring experience in prestigious hotels in India, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka.
Before setting foot in Jakarta, Chef Ashok deepened his experience as an Executive Chef at Shangri-La Bangalore. Chef Ashok himself has a lot of culinary expertise in cooking that uses every ingredient from the plantation into a unique dish that is served on the guests’ table.
