1. Fry the garlic, shallots, red chilies, bird’s eye chilies, tomatoes, shrimp paste, and candlenuts until half cooked. Then grind all the ingredients roughly.
2. Heat some oil. Sauté the spices that have been roughly ground with lime leaves.
3. Add the chicken meatballs to the stir fry. Stir well.
4. Add water, sugar, salt, and broth powder. Cook until the spices are absorbed and the water is slightly reduced.
