Set against the backdrop of Jakarta, culinary connoisseurs can enjoy their lunch and dinner with a distinctive luxury feel. At the end of May 2023, Tom’s by Tom Aikens explore other experiences of tasting food by presenting several set menus at once.
The set menu presented is the result of curation from Tom Aiken which consists of a three-course lunch and a choice of a five- or seven-course meal. Even though he didn’t taste the entire menu, Fimela had the opportunity to enjoy this unique gastronomic culinary experience in several menus.
