No Yolk Noodle Recipes – This Turkey Casserole is not only delicious but also nutritious thanks to No Yolks Pasta Noodles. It’s ready in less than an hour!

I made this Turkey Casserole using No Yolks Noodles for two reasons, one that I had in my pantry, and two, it’s a little healthier than egg noodles or regular pasta. No Yolk Noodles contain no cholesterol and are low in fat and sodium. This is why No Yolks is a healthier alternative to regular noodles.

If you don’t have No Yolks Noodles on hand and don’t want to run to the grocery store, you can use egg noodles or regular noodles. Just remember that No Yolks Noodles is the healthiest option of the three. Replace Ricotta Cheese with Cottage Cheese. You can also use soft Cream Cheese.

No Yolks Extra Broad Cholesterol Free Egg White Noodles

If you want to cook your turkey breasts for this casserole, make sure the internal temperature of the breast reaches 165°F. I always recommend using a digital kitchen thermometer to check the internal temperature when cooking the meat.

You can also mix sour cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery. We don’t care for mushrooms so I use cream of chicken when recipes call for thickened sauce as an ingredient. Speaking of substitutes, instead of using turkey, how about a rotisserie chicken?

You will need the following ingredients to make this recipe for Turkey No Yolks Pasta Casserole (see recipe for quantities): No Yolk Noodles, Turkey Breast, Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, Low Sodium Chicken Broth, Garlic Salt, Dried Rosemary, Ground Black Pepper, Frozen Spinach, Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese and some Paprika for garnish.

Meanwhile, in a bowl put cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, rosemary and pepper.

When the noodles are cooked, fold them into the chicken soup mixture. Place the mixture in a lightly oiled 9 x 13 baking dish.

Cover the baking dish with foil and cook for 30 minutes. Open, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the edges are red.
