No Yolk Noodle Recipes – This Turkey Casserole is not only delicious but also nutritious thanks to No Yolks Pasta Noodles. It’s ready in less than an hour!
I made this Turkey Casserole using No Yolks Noodles for two reasons, one that I had in my pantry, and two, it’s a little healthier than egg noodles or regular pasta. No Yolk Noodles contain no cholesterol and are low in fat and sodium. This is why No Yolks is a healthier alternative to regular noodles.

If you don’t have No Yolks Noodles on hand and don’t want to run to the grocery store, you can use egg noodles or regular noodles. Just remember that No Yolks Noodles is the healthiest option of the three. Replace Ricotta Cheese with Cottage Cheese. You can also use soft Cream Cheese.

If you want to cook your turkey breasts for this casserole, make sure the internal temperature of the breast reaches 165°F. I always recommend using a digital kitchen thermometer to check the internal temperature when cooking the meat.
You can also mix sour cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery. We don’t care for mushrooms so I use cream of chicken when recipes call for thickened sauce as an ingredient. Speaking of substitutes, instead of using turkey, how about a rotisserie chicken?
You will need the following ingredients to make this recipe for Turkey No Yolks Pasta Casserole (see recipe for quantities): No Yolk Noodles, Turkey Breast, Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, Low Sodium Chicken Broth, Garlic Salt, Dried Rosemary, Ground Black Pepper, Frozen Spinach, Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese and some Paprika for garnish.
Meanwhile, in a bowl put cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, rosemary and pepper.

When the noodles are cooked, fold them into the chicken soup mixture. Place the mixture in a lightly oiled 9 x 13 baking dish.
Cover the baking dish with foil and cook for 30 minutes. Open, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the edges are red.

If there’s one thing I can say is true for me and my three siblings, it’s that we all have a huge weakness for Chinese food. It was a tradition that when my two brothers came home from college for the holidays, there was one night a week where we couldn’t eat our parents’ holiday dinner and went to the phone book to find the number of our favorite Chinese restaurant to order takeout from.
Growing up in a small town, I loved being able to call up my favorite takeout restaurant and go get a quick bite – and it was great when that place delivered! But things have changed now because I live in the countryside. The “local” Chinese restaurant is more than 30 minutes away from my house, so going to order food is a pain, and they won’t be delivering food to our door anytime soon!
Needless to say, over time I’ve learned how to make my own version of Chinese takeout, and this recipe for Chicken Teriyaki Noodle Bowls satisfies me and gives me my all-time favorite Chinese takeout!

I like to add my creativity and touch to elevate dishes and give them new life. When I’m craving noodles, I like to use No Yolks Broad Noodles as a healthy egg alternative in many of my favorite Chinese recipes.
I vividly remember my mom buying No Yolks Broad Noodles all the time when I was a kid. He liked No Yolks because they were made with egg whites instead of egg yolks, making them cholesterol-free and low in fat and sodium. I remember she used to make noodles as a school meal that we ate together. All we had to add was a little butter and we were eating plain! I’ve always been a sweet girl when it comes to noodles, but these are the only noodles I’ve tried that are just as delicious!
I love the versatility of No Yolks Noodles. While they’re delicious in traditional uses like stroganoff or casseroles, they’re bomb-diggity when you toss them in a homemade teriyaki sauce! Making these Chicken Teriyaki Noodle Bowls is easy, and the flavors are,

So-called ‘yolk-free’ seafood is a combination of wheat flour, corn flour, and egg whites. Although they still have the egg through the whites, it is a healthier egg than the noodles that are collected with the yolks.
Yolk-free noodles are as versatile as any hearty noodle and stand out when used in dishes like beef stroganoff, Parmesan cheese, or even chicken soup. There is no difference in the texture of the noodles compared to the noodles made with whole egg yolk, and their interest lies in the golden color with which they are cooked.
In my days, I do NOT want to COOK any other way, especially not when I have been cooking and shooting cooking campaigns all day.
