This kung pao noodle dish is not too spicy (unless you want it. Is it? You are. Add more chilli sauce. Ok ok). I’d say it’s the perfect combination of sweet and hot, wrapped in a spicy noodle dish bursting with flavour. I wrote this recipe as a side dish to go with my favorite Asian main dishes.
