Material:
- 4 heads of pakcoy
- 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil, can be replaced with cooking oil
- 500 ml of water
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolve with water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Step:
- Cut the tip of the pakcoy and clean it. Boil the water until it boils, then add the pakcoy
- Boil for about 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Remove, drain, and arrange in a serving container
- Saute garlic until fragrant with a little oil, then add water
- Add salt, pepper and oyster sauce and stir
