Pakcoy Vegetable Sauce Recipe


  • 4 heads of pakcoy
  • 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil, can be replaced with cooking oil
  • 500 ml of water
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolve with water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Cut the tip of the pakcoy and clean it. Boil the water until it boils, then add the pakcoy
  2. Boil for about 30 seconds to 1 minute
  3. Remove, drain, and arrange in a serving container
  4. Saute garlic until fragrant with a little oil, then add water
  5. Add salt, pepper and oyster sauce and stir
  6. Enter the cornstarch solution, stir until thickened
  7. Pour the garlic sauce over the pakcoy, serve

Serve it with fried onions can be an option. Good luck.
