This creamy, delicious homemade white sauce is really easy to make. You will need a large pan or pans and the following ingredients (exact measurements are on the recipe card at the bottom of the post):

Start by melting the butter in your pan or pan. Once melted, knead the dough, creating a thick roux. Allow the roux to cook for a minute before adding the garlic, then the vegetable broth or chicken broth (you can even add white wine) and the lemon juice. Mix well to combine.
