Peppermint Eggplant Tea Recipe

  1. Boil water until it boils.
  2. Pour into a pitcher filled with pea flowers and mint leaves.
  3. Stir occasionally to release the color and release the mint aroma.
  4. Strain into a glass or cup, add honey or a little sugar, then mix well.

Peppermint butterfly pea flower tea is ready to be enjoyed while warm. If you like it cold, you can add ice cubes.
