Practical Homemade Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Nuggets Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of chicken meat fillets
  • 3 tablespoons of panir flour
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chicken flavor

Wet Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • Water
  • Salt


  1. Clean the chicken meat and cut into small pieces
  2. Put the chicken in the blender along with the eggs, puree
  3. Transfer to a container and then add all the ingredients nuggets
  4. Stir the dough until well mixed
  5. Prepare a baking sheet and grease it with cooking oil
  6. Put the dough into the pan, steam for 30 minutes
  7. Once cooked, chill nuggets then cut according to taste
  8. Mix all the wet ingredients, then dip one piece at a time nuggets
  9. Insert nuggets which has been wet into the breadcrumbs, roll it so that the flour is evenly distributed
  10. Homemade nuggets ready to fry and serve!

Nuggets can be stored in a container and left in the cooler to fry at any time. Good luck!
