Nuggets Ingredients:
- 500 grams of chicken meat fillets
- 3 tablespoons of panir flour
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 chicken eggs
- 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken flavor
Wet Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp flour
- Water
- Salt
Steps:
- Clean the chicken meat and cut into small pieces
- Put the chicken in the blender along with the eggs, puree
- Transfer to a container and then add all the ingredients nuggets
- Stir the dough until well mixed
- Prepare a baking sheet and grease it with cooking oil
- Put the dough into the pan, steam for 30 minutes
- Once cooked, chill nuggets then cut according to taste
- Mix all the wet ingredients, then dip one piece at a time nuggets
- Insert nuggets which has been wet into the breadcrumbs, roll it so that the flour is evenly distributed
- Homemade nuggets ready to fry and serve!
