Fimela.com, Jakarta Inspired by the rich culinary flavors of his hometown, Gorontalo, passionate homecook Habibi’s daughter called to raise public awareness of the culinary wealth of the archipelago.
Carrying out the mission to encourage the spirit of national culinary love, with the umbrella “Celebration of Gorontalo’s Taste” and a series of supporting events, where Putri introduced Gorontalo’s culinary specialties, which took place at RA Suites Simatupang, South Jakarta.
In the first step in this “CelebrationRASA: Gorontalo” campaign, Habibi’s daughter accompanied by Mahalmer Katili, a content creator who is also a native of Gorontalo, who will introduce Gorontalo’s signature dishes which are prepared with recipes passed down from three families from Gorontalo, namely Habibie, Uno and Katili.
Through this event to introduce Gorontalo’s culinary specialties, Putri Habibie served the Habibie family’s signature Binte Biluhuta, Tabu Moitomo or Kuah Bugis typical of the Katili family, and Ilahe Soup typical of the Uno family.
The culmination of the “Celebration of Taste: Gorontalo” campaign this time was the launch of the digital book “Collection of Gorontalo Family Home Recipes” containing a collection of Gorontalo families’ mainstay recipes which can later be downloaded for free. It is hoped that the recipes from the book will encourage the creation of new MSMEs that promote the delicious and nutritious Gorontalo culinary concept.
