I can’t eat onion/garlic, so I substituted 1/4 teaspoon of asafoetida (cooked in oil initially), which worked very well. A really nice tasting recipe without a lot of “faff” *thumbs up*.

As I stated in the first post, I am a huge fan of Quorn. I found it invaluable in my transition from first meat-eater to flexitarian, and then from flexitarian to vegetarian.

While I have been a vegetarian for 12 years now, I am currently trying to incorporate a more vegan diet into my life. Right now, I don’t know if I’ll ever be 100% vegan, reducing my dairy intake where I can is something I’m definitely on board with.
