- Mix tapioca flour, rice, grated coconut and a little salt. Mix well all the ingredients.
- Add hot water little by little to the dough, stir well and knead until the flour is integrated with the other ingredients.
- Heat the oil, take a little dough with a spoon then fry it.
- Fry over low heat until cooked and brown.
- Lift then serve.
Pretty easy recipe right? For the record, preferably fried cireng over low heat. This allows cireng not to erupt when fried. Hopefully this recipe is useful and good luck trying it.
