Recipe for Clear Vegetables Cucumber Moringa

  1. Peel the cucumber then remove some of the seeds, cut into pieces.
  2. Pick moringa leaves, wash clean. Peel the locks and then geprek.
  3. Thinly slice the garlic and shallots.
  4. Boil the water until it boils, add the cucumber and the key ring.
  5. If it looks wilted, add the moringa, garlic and shallots.
  6. Cook until the moringa leaves are soft.
  7. Add sugar and salt to taste, taste test.
  8. Add broth powder if you like.
  9. If it feels right, lift.

The clear cucumber moringa vegetable is ready to be enjoyed with warm rice.
