Ingredients
- 8 catfish, fried
- 400 ml of coconut milk
- a handful of basil leaves
- 3 pieces of lime leaves
- 5 whole bird’s eye chilies
Ground spices
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 10 bird’s eye chilies
- 1 knuckle kencur
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
How to make
1. Saute ground spices until fragrant. Add lime leaves.
