Material:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 handful of sappan wood shavings
  • 3 segments of ginger
  • 2 segments of turmeric
  • 2 sticks of lemongrass
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 2 sticks legi / liquorice root
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • sugar to taste
