1. Campur semua bahan adonan. Aduk hingga adonan tercampur rata dan tidak bergerindil.

2. Panaskan teflon anti lengket. Olesi dengan sedikit minyak.

3. Tuang 1 sedok sayur adonan ke teflon. Saat permukaannya kering, gulung dengan tusuk sate. Lakukan sampai semua bahan adonan habis.

4. Gulingkan cilung yang masih panas ke tepung roti yang sudah disangrai.

5. Sajikan dengan taburan cabai bubuk sesuai selera.
