Resep Jus Nanas Mangga Segar untuk Kolesterol dan Darah Tinggi

  • 1 buah pisang
  • 1 buah mangga
  • 1/2 buah nanas
  • 100 ml susu sapi rendah lemak atau susu kedelai
  • 2 sdm yogurt plain
  • 1-2 sendok makan madu
  • Es batu, hancurkan secukupnya

Topping (optional):

  • 1 sdt chia seeds
  • 2 sdm oats/granola
  • 2 sdm blueberry
  • potongan mangga secukupnya
  • potongan pisang secukupnya

Cara membuat:

  1. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam blender.
  2. Blender hingga halus dan creamy.
  3. Tuang ke dalam mangkuk.
  4. Tambahkan topping sesuai selera, seperti granola/otas, chia seeds, dan buah-buahan segar.

Nikmati untuk sarapan atau makan siang, sajikan dingin.
