Resep Pecak Terong Ungu yang Irit Minyak

1. Belah terong jadi dua bagian, rendam dalam air selama 10 menit, bilas, lalu panggang di atas teflon hingga matang. Sisihkan.

2. Panaskan sedikit minyak. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Tambahkan gula, garam, dan kaldu bubuk. Aduk rata.

3. Tuang santan ke bumbu. Aduk sebentar. Setelah mendidih, matikan api.

4. Tata terong panggang di atas piring.

5. Siram dengan kuah pecak. Sajikan.
