  1. Boil water until it boils.
  2. Add rosella flowers and pandan leaves. Wait until the water turns red and the pandan aroma comes out.
  3. Remove then strain into a glass. Add sugar, stir until dissolved.
  4. If you want it served cold, just add ice cubes to taste.

Serve fresh rosella pandan tea, it tastes sweet and sour. It can also be served while warm, without adding ice.
