  • 1 kg of tilapia
  • 1 lemon/lime fruit
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 65 ml of instant coconut milk
  • 200 ml of water
  • Cooking oil

Ground spices:

  • 5 red chilies
  • 10 bird’s eye chilies
  • 8 shallots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 grains of hazelnut roasted

Whole seasoning:

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 pieces of lime leaves
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass
  • Salt, sugar, broth powder to taste
