Cireng Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp tapioca flour
- 120 ml of water
- 2 cloves of garlic that has been crushed
- Pepper
- Salt
- Flavoring
- Green onions to taste
Rujak seasoning ingredients:
- 1/2 block of brown sugar
- Tamarind water to taste
- 3 red chilies
- Salt
Steps:
- Add 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour to the pan with the other cireng ingredients, cook over medium heat until it thickens
- After the dough is lumpy and has a sticky texture, add the dough in a container containing 4 tablespoons of tapioca flour, then stir until smooth
- Divide the cireng dough into several parts, form it into a flat shape and place it in a container
- Fry the cireng dough until cooked then drain
- Grind the brown sugar, chili and salt with a mortar
- Add tamarind water and stir until smooth
- Cireng and rujak seasoning are ready to be served
