Clean the bay leaves, ginger and lemongrass. Crush or thinly slice lemongrass and ginger.
2. Boil water until boiling, add bay leaves, lemon grass and ginger. Boil until fragrant, for 5 minutes or until the aroma comes out.
3. Remove and then strain into a glass, add a little honey or sugar.
Enjoy the bay leaf tea while it’s warm.
