Savory and Soft Patin Fish Meatball Recipe

  1. Boil enough water to boil catfish balls. Boil until the water is hot but not boiling over very low heat.
  2. While waiting for hot water. Mix all the ingredients then knead until smooth. Or until the dough is shaped to your liking.
  3. Roll the dough into meatballs.
  4. Put the printed meatball mixture into the boiling water. Cook until the meatballs float and are cooked. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  5. Add the fish ball cooking water with salt, seasoning stock, fried garlic and shallots and green onions and celery leaves to taste.
  6. Taste correction. Serve the catfish meatballs with the sauce.

To get a more delicious taste, you can add soy sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce and dumplings or vermicelli noodles. Pretty easy recipe right? Enjoy trying this recipe and hope your family at home will like it.
