This recipe yields 20-22 cucumbers (depending on how many shrimp are in a pound of shrimp). Homemade Cajun spice rubs on the shrimp to give it an amazing flavor. If you like it lighter, you can easily cut the paprika and cayenne in half.
I add shrimp to the pan using only a few tongs at a time without dropping the whole amount into the hot pan immediately it can cool the pan quickly. Also don’t overcook the pan or the shrimp will ooze out and become rubbery. You want to get good shrimp to keep them plentiful and juicy. If your pan is too small to fit the shrimp in one batch, cook the shrimp in two batches.
