Simple Recipe for Plecing Kale with Spicy Shrimp Tomato Sambal

  1. Boil the kale vegetables with boiling water for a while with the level of tenderness according to taste. Remove then soak in ice water so that the color remains green.
  2. Make chili sauce. Fried ingredients for sambal except salt, brown sugar and cooking seasoning. Lift then drain.
  3. Blend all the chili ingredients that have been fried. Add salt, brown sugar and cooking seasoning. Stir well.
  4. Serve boiled kale with chili sauce. Enjoy with warm white rice and fried fish or simply fried tofu.
