Soft and Savory Marrow Porridge Recipe

  1. Place the sifted rice flour, water, coconut milk and salt in a bowl. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. If so, cook it in a saucepan over low to medium heat. Keep stirring so the texture doesn’t break. Add 2 pandan leaves.
  3. Cook brown sugar sauce by adding brown sugar and water in a 1:1 ratio.
  4. Enter the cornstarch solution so that the texture thickens. Also add pandan leaves and salt.
  5. Arrange the marrow porridge on a plate, then add the brown sugar sauce. Put pandan leaf pieces as decoration.
