Material:
500 grams of beef shank
500 grams of beef ribs
250 grams of Red Beans
Ground spices:
20 red onions
15 cloves of Garlic
8 grains of Candlenut
1 thumb Ginger
1 large stick of Turmeric
8 large red chilies (remove the seeds if you don’t want it spicy)
1 tbsp coriander
1 tsp Cumin
1 grain Nutmeg
Other Ingredients:
5 bay leaves
4 pieces of orange leaves
3 stalks of Lemongrass, crushed
2 Cinnamon sticks
5 cloves
Salt, seasoning, sugar and pepper according to taste

How to cook:
1. Boil the ribs and beef briefly to clean off the blood and dirt. Discard the water and replace it with new water.
