- Bring the water to a boil, add the crushed ginger. If it smells good, take it out.
- Pour into the teapot containing the jasmine tea bags.
- Let stand a few moments until the water is black. Pour the tea into a cup or glass.
- Add lemon juice and sugar to taste. Stir well. Please enjoy while warm.
- If you like it cold, you can also wait until it’s not too hot and then add enough ice cubes.
