Mochi Ingredients:
- 125 grams of glutinous rice flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 180 ml of milk full cream
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Cocoa powder enough
Cheese Sauce Ingredients:
- 60 grams of spread cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 150 ml of milk full cream
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Steps:
- Mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, and salt then stir well
- Pour in milk full cream little by little while stirring, don’t let it clump
- Once mixed, pour in the cooking oil, stir again and transfer to a container while straining
- Steam the dough for 30 minutes, remove
- Prepare a flat bowl or bread dough mat and sprinkle with glutinous rice flour
- Pour the batter on top and coat with flour so it doesn’t stick
- Cut into dice size, then round one by one
- Baluri on cocoa powderdo it until all the dough is finished then place it in a serving container
- Pour all the cheese sauce ingredients and cook, stirring constantly, until it boils and thickens
- Transfer to a serving bowl and mochi bits ready to serve!
