Teriyaki Sauce Tofu Nori Recipe


  • 1 serving of egg tofu
  • 1 large nori sheet
  • Cornstarch to taste

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 30 ml of water


  1. Wrap the tofu with the nori by rolling it, put a drop of water on the end of the nori to glue it
  2. Cut into 7 parts
  3. Coat the chopped tofu in cornstarch
  4. Fry with a little oil and low heat, cook until golden brown
  5. Mix all the sauce ingredients and stir well
  6. Add the sauce to the tofu that is being fried
  7. Cook again until the sauce thickens, stirring gently so the tofu doesn’t crumble
  8. Transfer to a container and tofu tofu nori with teriyaki sauce is ready to serve.

To beautify the dish, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Good luck.
