Material:
- 1 serving of egg tofu
- 1 large nori sheet
- Cornstarch to taste
Sauce Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 30 ml of water
Steps:
- Wrap the tofu with the nori by rolling it, put a drop of water on the end of the nori to glue it
- Cut into 7 parts
- Coat the chopped tofu in cornstarch
- Fry with a little oil and low heat, cook until golden brown
- Mix all the sauce ingredients and stir well
- Add the sauce to the tofu that is being fried
- Cook again until the sauce thickens, stirring gently so the tofu doesn’t crumble
- Transfer to a container and tofu tofu nori with teriyaki sauce is ready to serve.
To beautify the dish, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Good luck.
