Vegan Recipes Easy Dessert – Valentine’s Day is coming up and I got together with my friend Nikky from HealthNut Nutrition to share with you some of our favorite healthy vegan desserts. All these desserts are vegan, gluten-free and above all easy to prepare. You can even make them ahead of time to make the most of that special day with your loved ones!

We decided to create mini desserts so they’re easier to serve and you can decide how many servings you want to make, because let’s be honest, Valentine’s Day isn’t just for couples. This is for anyone who wants to show their love and appreciation to those around them.

They’re basically chocolate molds filled with a mixture of homemade hot cocoa and marshmallows that explode after being dropped into hot milk.
