Gluten and dairy are delicious, I know, let’s not pretend. Like…I dream about crawling into a giant cheese pie and eating it almost every night. But dairy and gluten can cause many problems for many people around the world and most of us don’t even know it! Like me, I’ve never really had digestive problems after eating bread with cheese, so I thought: I’m fine. Looks like I won the genetic lottery. Smart, beautiful, humble and can eat pizza without having to cut it out of her stomach.

Anti Inflammatory Meal Plan Of Dairy Free And Gluten Free Recipes

It turns out that my sensitivity to gluten, dairy, and about 20 other types of foods shows up in other symptoms. Like pains in my joints, in my muscles, in my head… Well, yes, I took a test, which cost me a lot

Money, no crypto, some dignity and a broken vein. I am in the process of eliminating the 20+ foods they found I shouldn’t be eating. And by eliminating I mean eating everything I already have in my fridge (which is mostly these foods) and not buying any more. I need to find new recipes and I’ll record the best ones here and then probably share the meal plan because I can’t keep anything to myself but real food.

I’m doing this elimination diet for 6-8 weeks and then I’m going to start reintroducing some healthier foods to see if they actually make me feel miserable or not. Because I’m surprised and very sad that I can’t eat avocados, cucumbers and cherries. I mean, come on. And garlic. I’m crying in the corner. Also eggs. I mean, here comes the genetic lottery… At least we know avocado on toast isn’t going to ruin my life from now on like it did for many Millenials.

Healthy Snack Recipes And Products {gluten Free, Dairy Free} — Tasting Page

Several years ago, after a busy Sunday of adventure and fun with my family, I was low on motivation and energy…. but a crew of hungry men looked down upon me. Wanting to get dinner on the table with as little effort as possible, I reached for the bowl of ripe avocados sitting on the counter with the intention of making a classic creamy avocado dip.

However, when I discovered I had no lemons and only limes, I decided to roll with it and make my very favorite lime/avocado pasta sauce recipe. Paired with some spiralized veggies for me and gluten free pasta for my family, this super easy, oh so delicious dinner was ready in less than 15 minutes with minimal cooking. My favorite kind of recipe.

Since that day, I have made this dish for many people with many different eating styles. And it always gets rave reviews. It’s naturally vegan and plant-based, but I love it with some grilled chicken or shrimp mixed in for extra protein!
