1. In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Stir well.
2. In a separate bowl, mix all the filling ingredients. Stir well.
3. Prepare a sheet of rice paper, soak briefly in warm water. Put it on a plate. Add 1 tablespoon of the filling, fold and roll it like a spring roll.
